Organisations need to work smarter, which means employee motivation and engagement are critical.
Over recent years, organisations conduct regular engagement with employees. This enables the early identification of support which ‘once a year’/annual processes lack. Employee/staff satisfaction surveys enable organisations to succeed, identify trends, which in turn support morale and embed a ‘listened to’ culture.
These ‘surveys’ need to be simple and short, in various formats ie, textual questions, smiley surveys, open text, so that staff are able to express their feedback openly. Engagement needs to be inclusive and not exclusive.
